SHIPPING

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Most items on our website are hand made in small batches and limited in quantity, and generally ship within 1-2 weeks (usually sooner) unless otherwise indicated. In stock products ship within 48 hours. You can expect an email confirmation within 24 hours from when your package is shipped. Shipping times vary depending on your geographical location and shipping option, and are typically 2-7 days after you receive your shipping confirmation email (unless expedited shipping has been selected). We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been shipped, but please contact us if this happens and we will do our best to work with you to resolve the issue.

DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE

Despite our very best efforts to prevent it, items are occasionally damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will replace your item and reship as soon as FedEx has inspected and obtained possession of the original package and the replacement products are available for shipment.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your product, we will refund your money.

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please message us through the form below or contact us directly at holly@bellandbeacon.com within 10 days of receiving your order to let us know about your return. You will have the option for a full refund or exchange.

HAND STITCHED LEATHER PRODUCTS GUARANTEE

Should any of the leather stitching come unraveled through regular use, send it back to us. We will repair it and send it back to you free of charge.
