Shipping

We ship via FedEx. Most items on the website are ready to ship unless otherwise indicated. You can expect an email confirmation within 24 hours of when your package will be shipped. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours, while some orders may take up to 2 to 3 weeks to ship since they are made by hand and can be limited in quantity. When shipped your package will arrive between 2 and 5 days (within the U.S.) after you receive your shipping confirmation email. International orders may take longer to ship. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been shipped, but please contact us if this happens and we will do our best to work with you to resolve the issue.

Damage or Breakage

Despite our very best efforts to prevent it, items are occasionally damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will replace your item and reship as soon as FedEx has inspected and obtained possession of the original package and the replacement products are available for shipment.

Return and Exchange Policy

We genuinely care that our customers love Bell & Beacon products. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please send us a message (below) or contact us directly at ken@bellandbeacon.com within 10 days of receiving your order so we can work with you to resolve the issue. You will have the option for a full refund or exchange.

Should any of the leather stitching unravel or if a rivet fails through regular or if the stitching unravels through regular use, send it back to us. We will repair it and send it back to you free of charge.

Signature Canvas Tote
We will replace or repair any damage to the stitching, handle rivets or zippers is the result of regular wear. Send your tote back to us and we’ll repair it free of charge.
